I have some news, and I wanted you to hear it from me directly.

I'm getting breast implants. At 55. It's a decision I've been sitting with for a while, and it came from the same place a lot of my choices come from lately — not autopilot, but an actual, deliberate yes to what I want.

Between now and my surgery date on June 16th, I'm writing a short series on Substack about the whole thing: the why behind it, the process, what it's like to make a change like this at this point in my career, and everything in between. It's more personal and more in-depth than anything I post here — the kind of writing that needs room to breathe.
