After our cooking show from the week before, Talia and I thought it would be a good idea to have a workout show. We started off with some of my favourite exercises (anything for my butt and abs) and some of my not-so favourites (push-ups). Then we moved onto some yoga poses, which made for some interesting shots that you don't see too often. Once we were all warmed up we moved onto some rather untradtional exercises with my strap-on. That you definitely don't see at the gym! We ended the show with some aerobox. Would you like us to be your personal trainers? :-)
